touch sensitivity

I have noticed the touch sensitivity is not as good on my iphone app built with gamesalad when compared to other games. can i change anything. here is my app let me know if you want codes but only if you will review properly. http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/ghost-words/id354092793?mt=8

    Am I the only one experiencing the touch sensitivity issues on 1st gen and 3gs iPhones with gamesalad games

    what do you mean by touch sensitivity issues? accuracy?
