Can i upload game only to my iphone?

hi
i build alot of games but i wanna to upload them and not publish on apple
can i upload them only to my iphone?

and can i make a Provisioning Profile without to pay?
beacose when i click on "get provisioning profile" when publish it tell me that i dont have accec.

    no you need a paid apple ios dev account

    You have to have a paid developer account.
