Actors passing through walls

Hi, I'm making a level where you catch balls in a basket, and would like it if they could pile up and react to physics as realistically as Game Salad allows. Unfortunately when I move too quickly they just pass straight through the walls, so can anyone help? Changing the density as high as 50000 didn't make a difference.
