Grouping "any" rules into groups

The ability to have Two or more ALL rules under an ANY rule. in one rule!
Quite hard to explain but necessary in many odd situations.
For Example
Rule: (Any: (All: Man is green + man is big) (All: Man is Blue + Man is small))
