A little history on Q*bert. For the youngsters here: Q*bert was pretty succesfull in the 80's ;)

    Yes - some inspiration I had for my Orbitz Game from good old Qbert (like the swearing)

    But as people came along to play it, they got very confused. I'm still not sure why.
    I can relate.
    This was one of the great aspects of the golden age of video arcade games... the ability to stay on a machine for many hours for 25 cents. Many people aspired to do this and were treated like heros when they succeeded. Alas, those days are gone.
    Yup... I learned this the hard way. I'm thinking if Q*Bert launched today, there's a strong chance that it would get buried in the iTunes App Store.

    You can certainly learn a lot from the classics! After all, Virtua Tennis et al are really just very pretty versions of 'Pong' :D
