what are apple's terms for apps?!

hey everyone,
im about to finish my first app with gamesalad, and i was wondering..
before i give my app a final touch and send it to apple's guys for checking,
does anybody know what are apple's terms? so my app will not be denied.

and one more question.. by paying 99$ for joining apple program developers, am i allowed
to sell my apps or only give it for free? (like for 0.99$)

    apple are very vague with their guidelines and do not hold a consistent line as its down to the reviewers discretion, you'll need to refer to your contract.

    Paying 99$ allows you to do free apps and to sell your apps

    For me it was:

    Put the money in a duffel bag.
    Dump the bag in the bin by the bandstand in the park.
    No cops, or you'll get your hamster back bit by bit.
