Event set on a Slider Score

Please help...how would I do this:
I have a 0-10 slider on Scene 1
If the slider is manually set at (say) 5/10, I want the view to change to Scene 5......and if it is set on (say) 6/10, then I want to change to Scene 6...and so on.
How would you achieve this?

    One rule for each value and touch it release should prob work. What have you tried?

    Thanks for your response.
    I cant seem to see past the "Display Score"
    Do I need other actors and attributes?
