gamesalad logo doesn't remove

hi all
i'm a pro member but when i publish the game, the gamesalad logo doesn't remove, why?

    Did you provide your own splash screen under advanced when publishing?

    make sure ur account is activated too,(if you don't see the splash screen option).. you should be able to see pro behaviors that allows iAd.
