Touch is released problems!

Ok so I've noticed that using a touch is released and when attribute = whatever, GS tends to make the touch is released fire constantly until the attribute = whatever, instead of only activating the rule when both are true. This has happened many times now and I am becoming frustrated. Is this a bug, or is this how it is suppose to be?

Also, when I change it to when touch is pressed things work out fine, but sometimes I need a touch is released.

Would it help if you put rule in a rule.
    So
    Rule when attribute = whatever
    Rule when touch is released
    do something

    Cheers,

Doesn't work either. Has anyone had this problem?

Did you ever solve this? I'm having the same problem with my pause button. After 1)pause has been touched once and 2) the finger/mouse hovers over the pause button (without release), the touch is released keeps firing.

    Is this a bug?

When I'm having problems with this, I ultimately end up changing it to "Pressed". It's not ideal but it allows me to keep moving on, especially when it's just a button.
