can i upload a picture into a gs application?

i want to make a application, not a game,but it needs to upload a picture from the ipod/iphone images.

    Nope Sorry. No access to the camera roll. Or any device pictures for that matter.

    access to camera and camera roll would be a nice thing on the roadmap for jan2012
