Is there a template like this?

Hi guys,
I would like to know if there's a template (even paid) where you can point your finger, and decide
inclination and power at the same time, like this example:

I see this control system in some basketball shot games

    I know TSB has some control templates that do power stuff. Not sure if its exactly what you want though. I know one of them is the same control like he used in tiny balls.

    Yup theres a TSBooth video shows how to do this but the opposite way.

    I,e when touch is down then work out where positionx,y is for power and for the angle rotation.

    Just put your actor further over and shift the values about and it will work
