where do Mac apps get installed to?

I created the Mac app and uploaded it to iTunes. I thought I would test the app on my Mac and so double clicked the app .pkg file. The installer runs and says it successfully installed it on my machine. But I can't see where it's been installed or how to start it. Does anyone know?

    Rather than just say you found it, which is great you figured out for yourself, you may want to actually put where you found it. That way, if anyone else has the same problem, searches and finds your thread they'll get the answer too :)

    Click on the icon beside the the .pkg file and that will start the game after logging in with a test user account.
