I want to make a presentation quickly to iphone. is it legal make an app that is not a game?

    why not?

    gamesalad does not mean you have to make a game

    maybe they should call it appsalad...

    I am asking because there is some tools that explicity in their TOS to only make games.

    You can make what ever you can make work with GameSalad. There have been lots of apps besides games made using GameSalad.
