Is there a version of GameSalad I can download to my windows PC, and if not, there should be, I really dont want to bye a Mac just to use this.

    No, and it won't happen. But there are alternatives for PC: www.stencyl.com
    Not as user-friendly, but cheaper.

    Im pretty sure even stencyl will require a mac if you plan to upload to iTunes. And I know right now the iOS beta Needs a Mac.

    Right now to publish to the apple app store a Mac is a requirement.no way around it.
