Im trying to make an application but i dont really know about copyrights, can somebody tell me how much percent does an image need to be edited so it wont be copyright? or can i combine images to make a new image in photoshop will it be copyrights?

Usually, you cannot even edit images and have it be legal in your game. I use for all quick art like if i need a pineapple or something simple that I'm too lazy to make myself. The reason why its legal with is because they explicitly say all the art on there is free of copyright.
