Jumping once only

O.K, noob question.
How do I make it so my character can only jump once, and not double jump or continue on up forever? I'm using the accelerate method and I can't work out how to stop the endless jump.

    Dont use accelerate for jump. Change its self motion linear velocity y instead then have a constant accelerate down behavior to act as gravity
