if I understand what pre load. But my game has not noticed any slippage of the ram in any sense

    You probably wont notice a change in ram usage. If you uncheck preload for images you don't need right away you might save on load times.

    Personally, I think it's also more stable, and better organized. Pro users can also bring up a web browser in game now, which I can't wait to try out.

    which is exactly in web app? do not quite understand its function and what benefits, can somebody explain?

    Normally the web link would take you out of the game to a browser, what if you want you game help page or latest info to be shown while remaining in the game. Probably other uses too.
