Sounds weird but ive been wanting to create one. Whats the best site for creating websites?

    I prefer Joomla over WordPress. www.joomla.org Although you will have to find your own hosting as they do not let you host a subdomain like Wordpress does.

    I use posterous.com and it was only $25 for two year domain name.
