How to get your game on your iPhone? Adhoc help

Hey there,

I know this sounds really stupid, and I see thread about it but not HOW to do this:

How do I adhoc my game?
Step by step examples would be good, and maybe add a sticky about it so people dont keep asking like me ;)

    Yeah haha, I was going to try the viewer, but decided that an adhoc would be better :P
