Movement Buttons Disappear!

Hello everyone, can someone tell me how to make my movement buttons never move from my screen?
Starting the scene, the buttons are in position, but when I move my actor (the character) further from the initial screen the buttons don't continue moving but stay where they were placed.

How can I make my buttons stay on the iPhone screen no matter where the character is?

    You need to create a new layer, and put everything that you want to always be onscreen no matter what, in that layer, and then uncheck "scrollable"
