Platform Template

Hello everyone im new here.I started making a classic metroid style platform game, i made the movements,missles,some enemies and all that.I had some glitches with the movements and then i decided to look at the GS's Platformer Template for the movements,i realized that the movements on the template was far better than mine and i started to copy them.The problem is that when i copy everything from the player's actor of the platformer template to my player in my project i cant get it to work..plus i cant realize how the dude(actor) in platform template have gravity without any accelerate behavior..seems like magic to me.Anyone can help me out copy correctly the platform template to my project?I made all the necesery attributes(FaceLeft,Grounded?) but i really cant make this work and i dont know why..
I want to make this game happen ,i got all the artwork ready :(

    Thank you TS!!Tottaly right ,i didn't know that :) Now i have gravity on my player but i dont get the correct animation when im jumping right-left falling right-left.I also get a message when im switching from preview to editor: "warning the following behaviors have invalid attribute values:constrain attribute self.attributes.id166472 . I cant find the problem any thoughts?

    That happens when a behavior is copied from one actor and gets pasted somewhere else. The behavior does not know how to link to the new actor.

    Examine each constrain behavior and see if the expression is blank. If it is, then use the expression editor to tell it which attribute its supposed to constrain.

    Sometimes I've used speedyshare.com to pass stuff back and forth. It's free and seems safe. (But buyer beware!) Compress the GameSalad project and then upload it.
