Mouse Location Wrong

I have an actor rigged to spawn a new actor at the position of the mouse when I push E.
But when I do Push E, the actor is WAY off. It spawns almost 3 centimeters to far to the left, and 2 centimeters too low.
Please help soon, as I am Using gamesalad to make a project for my school that is required to pass the year.
