Sound ON/OFF not working!

Followed TB's tut, I'm pretty sure it worked at the start but now the volume of the SFX goes down, not OFF like its supposed to.

I've got the music ON/OFF working, so I'm not sure what's up with this one since its setup exactly the same as the music one

    I just restarted GS and it seems to be working, does this mean GS is playing up? If so, is this normal?
