Hello
I design an iPhone game and I wonder...

I have design, let's say, 10 levels, that each level has the same background (same image-same actor). Is it ok for the memory of iPhone, because it will be a lot of other levels too. Or have to do sth else?

Yeah sure, but make sure you match the size rules, means when
you have an image size of 512x520, the 520 will be rounded up to 1024.

Keep this sizes in mind... 256x256, 512x512

Then I think there is no problem ;)

So if I use an image of 960x640 pixels, I can use it as much as I want, without worry for the memory problem (in eg 120 levels)?

Normal scenes have 480x320 ( I think )..so if you have a scene size like this I would resize the background to 512x512. Because otherwise your 960x460 get rounded up to 1024x1024, and your scene only has 480x320.

    Hope it is clear :))

So, currently, I have a bunch of 480x320 backgrounds. Should I change them to be 512x512 instead?

When your image size is 480x320, the image only gets rounded up to 512x512, so you don't have to do that...
