Can someone help me make an app, I also want to upload it to the app store, how do I test the app before? Do I use Xcode? Or what? I have a iPhone 4 and iPod touch 2nd generation, IPAD ONE AND IPAD TWO, and I have more Devices to test it on, how do I test it, and is there any way to get the app to convert to codes to use it in xcode?, i am planning on buying the license for the developers hosting apps on the app store, any help would be GREAT, and if you want to reach me personally, you can Aim me at xboxmods555

provisioning profile for testing on your own device,
distribution profile for uploading to the appstore.
but to do this, you require an apple developer account with a valid developers license. for these profiles to show up during the publishing procedure on gamesalad, you would of had to create and download the profiles on the apple provisioning portal, install to keychain and rather itunes or xcode, either one will work.
provisioning you just publish the game with your provisioning profile, then drag the app into your itunes and synch it, piece of cake.
distribution you need to go on the apple itunes connect, create a new app, fill out all the information until its "waiting for upload", compress your app file, open application loader and send it to itunes. it will then await approval if done correctly.
and yes, you have the ability to make it free or paid, when you fill out the app information on itunes connect.
