Open URL White background

Is there any way to change the color of the "Open URL" behaviour's background? At the moment its an ugly flat white and I would love to change it to black.

    I don't mind if its fudged in a way, but it seems I can't overlay anything over the URL view....

    Any advice? Could I tinker with some of the GS XML files in finder?
