Camera Problem to Navigate through Map

Hello guys, how are you?

I want to Make a Scene, lets say 960 x 640, where I can navigate through it with my finger.

Like swipe gestures on Google Maps.

I know how to use swipes, but not sure how to use it correctly for this controlling the camera.

Anyone know how to do it?

    Hmm, seems like I've seen this on YouTube somewhere, it was a tutorial.
    So maybe look there?
