Image not showing on device (but does in gamesalad test?)

Hi All,

I have an image that shows up in my game when I am testing it in the inbuilt preview in Gamesalad, but when I then send it to my iphone or ipad to test, the image doesn't show.

I've looked at all the settings and cant work out why it isn't showing? Is there something common that people have found before to cause the issue?

    Hey Sam,

    Yeah that has happened to me and it is very annoying. The only thing I did, and it worked, was to delete those actors, and place them again. That is, delete the one with the white block, instead of the real image, and replace it with a new actor.

    This normally happen when you replace and image in you project with a same named image that has a minor difference like a capital letter I the name or even file extension. The computer sees the capital letter as the same a displays the image. The device sees it as a different file name. So just fix your file name and you should be good.

    I replaced the entire image and actor. Could have been either suggestion, but figured the blanket fix would do the trick (and it did)!
