Working with lifes

For those who don`t know, I`m doing a space game.
Here`s the video for it:

I`m having one problem, I don`t know how to work with lifes.
Taking them out is ok, but the problem is when I put more lifes.
I don`t mean the attribute. I mean the amount of spaceships on the left corner of the game.
So can any one explain or send me a video explain?

    There is an actor called Lives that replicates when you earn a life. You can use this template to see how the process is done. This is how I learnt it.
