please i need help with the camera position.

i try all but i can't get it to work, as you can see in the video i have a layer with the a,b and the stick buttons, i like to make my playing scene in the middle so i can have space for actors to have them outside the playing are so later they move inside, but when i click play the layer with the buttons seem to star from the middle and thats way you can see only the stick and not the a and b button, if i check the scrollable to both layer the buttons and stick don't work.i also add a actor and placed in the middle to control the camera but is the same thing. please tell me how to fix this.

    YOu need the HUD elements to be over to the left as if the scene was only one width. Don't put them over to the middle like you have it

    The unsrcollable layers are as if they are camera position 0
