Pro user needs help

I recently signed up as a pro user and I had an old account that never worked, I kept getting a domain 1 error, so I started this account that works. When I signed up for pro I mistakenly selected the old account. I've been back and forth a few times with support but I'm not getting any results. I was hoping they could switch my pro account to this username. I paid 499 for something I currently can't use because I can't publish. Please, please help!

    Still no word from support. The silence is deafening :(. This is terribly frustrating.

    Who is this myth you speak of?

    Is he in someway related to the man on the forums that goes by the name SaladStraightShooter?

    Thank you for the feedback SSS. It's nice to get a reponse. Heck I'd even take you're a pain in the $#@ for a response as long as I know. LOL

    Still no word from anyone : ( I have an app I need to publish with urls and it's sitting waiting. One wouldn't think this would take days to correct. I'm really trying to not get POed.

    I would like to thank the GS support team for helping me resolve this issue and continue my ability to conduct my business. Thank you SSS for your help. I've been getting more involved in the community here and look forward to building many great associations. My partner and I hold a very successful children's book property that was published by Golden Books for over a decade. We have already published two apps using GS and even though we have a pro membership we made a decision to support GS by continuing to use the GS splash screen.
