Can somebody please tell me or post a link of an app or page where I can create/download sounds.

    The sounds, when I click download it takes me to a page where it tells me prices.

    Soundbible.com has some stuff you can use that is free. You are looking for the public domain or attirbution 3.0. The later you have to give the person credit though. Another thing you can use is Garageband
