Does it take longer to upload a update or even upload it new again?

Hey,
I want to publish/update my xmas game. So it is possible to publish and enable armv7 when uploading
a new game with the newest version. I sent the game already to apple but did not make it public because I wanted
to update it before once again...
As everyone has noticed there are the bugs when publishing....
So I figured out 2 choices:
1,Upload it new again
2,Wait for the fix and then just update
So what do you think does take more time to do?
I really want to publish as soon as possible because it is already the 6th of december^^

in-cause of the tight time now if u submitted a new game it will take apple a little bit longer than usual to review it; cause u know it's so rushy now, my advice submit an update.
regarding the armv6 & armv7; hope somebody know about it more than i do will answer cause im still on 0.9.85 and i did not update.
