Publish strategy?

Hey,

I am working out my next game, which is going to have a demo version containing
8 levels. Don't think the levels are easy to finish, they aren't!!!!

So is it good to release a demo version 3-4 weeks before the full version or not?
What are you guys doing in such a case?

I heard that some publish a demo and 3-4 weeks after the full but don't people forget about it
then??

    I would suggest to publish 2-3 days apart. If people like your game, it may take people 3 days or so to finish, just in time to play the full version. Besides, if you really want people to buy it, they might look in most recent, see the lite version. And write somewhere full is out soon in the descrip. and when it is out, change it to 'THE FULL VERSION IS OUT! GET IT FOR $___!.' or something like that to publicize it. That is my opinion
