You can try phoning the iPhone Developers number in america
I had registration problems and had to call them up, they were really helpful

have you made over $150 in each respective zone? They don't pay until you cross that threshold

If you made over $150 and you think, they didn't pay you, although they should have, write an email to this adress: iTSBanking@apple.com

On the PHONE they CAN'T help you!

If there is a problem with your bank account or something similar, they will check it.

I know it 100% because I went through this many times.

So, to get paid, you have to make a certain amount of money?

yes, you need to make over $150 in each zone: North America, Canada, Europe... etc. Once you reach that mark during a month, you'll get paid.

Payments tend to come about 30 days after the period ends, I just got a financial report for Europe for February, and Apple has 15 or so days (i think) after the reports come out to pay you

What happens if you make $149. Does it carry over to the next month?

    yes, it carries over.

If you make $50 in november, $75 in developer and $30 in January, you'd be paid the $155 for your January period.

I've read somewhere else that the limit is $250, but I think it depends on the region.
