Can't get past review when trying to publish my game, PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Guys, I'm trying to publish my game (at long last) but I can't get past the review tab in the publishing manager, what do I do?! I have everything except for the Youtube video. Please help!

    have you scrolled down and hit publish, and accepted the terms that pop up for every single publish?
