Tutorials for Beginners [Help][Experts Come In]

I looked at GS cookbooks. There are some tutorials missing such as explain about expressions.
Also, I can't find anything about Devices and Scene attributes. SO i list them out. The rest you can find in TSB's tutorials. Hopefully some experts come explain all of these:

Device:
Button
Raw position
Touch-count
Touch-touch1, touch2...
Accelerometer
Screen-Device Orientation
Screen-Interface Orientation
Screen-Device Rotation

Screen Attribute:
Time (whats different between this time and actor's time?)
Size-Width&Height (whats different between this Screen's size and Device's size?)
Size-WrapX
Size-WrapY

Functions(Expression)-(need examples)
