Just found this great website! (Generates text into a png)

i was reading an article about how GS text generator is bad and how you have to make your own text as pngs, well

    That could be handy. do you know if you can make the background Transparent?

    take that back its not the good, plus its to hard to get the background transparant

    unfortunitly it adds shadow to the text, good if you want shadow though

    I like to use Art Text 2 from App Store. You can use trial with no problem
