Up and Down scrolling Menu

Hello :-)
My question is how to make an up and down scrolling menu, like you have in the iPod app.
You should be able, just like in the iPod app, to choose a specific title/song, and then go to another scene.
Well how do i make such a menu :-)

I kindve know what you mean, "like when you swop up in settings the menu swipes" and stuff, this is very easy I'm a bit busy, but I'll see if I can have a tutorial up for ya!

You won't need to watch all of those videos it seems like for what you are doing, but the 1st or 2nd 1 will help I think.
