WIP video with a little insight on planning the code and thinking ahead.

This will be our biggest game to date with an estimate of 4-6 months work.

    Looking awesome Darren! I'd definitely keep being able to go under the platform 3, looks great and a really smart way of incorporating pseudo 3D!

    Crazy idea here - So the "Mask" is a constraint? why not just have the wall actors further away? :D
    It's probably what you meant but just a suggestion incase lol

    @Ozboybrian the way I'm doing it there are no wall actors ie nothing around the platforms to detect if the ball has fallen, instead I'm using a tag with all the platforms in and if the ball is no longer in contact with the platforms you die.

    Really good stuff, Darren! Looks fun to play and I really like the fresh graphics as well as the neat idea of the player changing size when going up or down the platforms. :-)

    @pedro90: I'm guessing Darren used custom fonts to achieve this. There's a tutorial on how to create this effect in the GameSalad Creator.

    I spent many nights playing Monkey Ball 1 and 2 for the Gamecube, and they're still my favorite! Great job on this one!

    I have added in some doughnut type platforms today with fall down to lower level and death.

    I think in a few days i will be ready to start making some proper levels.

    Been working on animation, game over, level complete and testing new level elements.

    Made another test level with moving platforms as usual each level will contain a secret area to find.

    I have some Ice platforms that are real tricky customers coming up next.

    I have also tightened up the controls from earlier videos for a more responsive feel.
