Bad reviews and dont get why.

I've had a few reviews, of customers stating the app doesnt work/load, and i really dont understand how, ive tested my application on 3 different devices, and tried it on new, fairly recent and old iOS versions, and it worked fine on ALL of them.

Yet somehow ive had 4 reviews from customers claiming it doesnt work, it sucks that apple doesnt give you an option to contact customers who post reviews, as i need to investigate the situation but without ANY information i dont see how i'm supposed to look into resolving the problem?

Obviously i can understand their anger, if i bought and downloaded an app that didnt work i'd be pissed, but to my knowledge it works fine on everything so im confused ya know?

Did you do adhocs on all the devices or just run the viewer on them?

im assuming adhocs, i published it on gamesalad using my provisioning profile then synched via itunes to test them on the devices, then re-published with my distribution profile and uploaded to appstore...

Maybe its bad reviews from customers using iPhone 3's because I think apple has dropped support for those,.... Try updating your app but make it armv7

i did debate doing that, but i ran the app on my mate's iPod Touch 3, and it ran on that... so i dont see why it wouldnt run on iPhone 3? and thats assuming the people who gave bad reviews were using old devices...

iphone 3g is an iPod touch 2. Thats why it performs worse. You really need to have tested on everything you are going to support.

Don't rule out the fact that a large majority of users leaving negative "it don't work right" reviews, have not shut off, restarted or updated their device in a very long time. User self-infliction is often a culprite.

do you have lots of constrains/spawning in your app? because iphone3G is not very fast and it might not preform well
