Air Supply rip off and others

I found this guy making rip offs of popular GS games like Air Supply http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/air-attack/id492346715?mt=8&ls=1

I looked at he's other games and recognized another rip off but can't recall the name; I don't know if all the others games are stolen too but this guy needs to go down!

    Horrible game where was the fun in this? I thought it would be like Escape from grisly manor or Antrim Escape I was completely wrong! All you need to find is no more then 8 items & game is over. It takes forever to switch screens let alone open your item bag. PLEASE DO NOT BUY. You have been warned

    I don't think it would be appropriate to mention on the forums how to do it, i don't think anyone even knows..... This work is not reverse engineering

    I tell you something better:
    He had 2x Father Simons for iPhone, 2x for iPad, 2x Alcatraz for iPhone, and 2x for iPad, on his one account.
    Apple probably deleted those copies, so he created a new dev account.

    After this, he got ban on GS forums.

    If I can suggest anything, I think that he should get permanent ban for publishing with GS.

    Don't worry. I'm writing to Apple right now, and I'll be contacting GameSalad to ban his account.

    He's stolen the majority of the art from Air Supply, the description, the music... it beggars belief.

    He probably thinks he's safe...

    Sorry I've not been around for a while. I've been house sitting for my cousin. She's a lawyer.

    Why are you still allowing this guy to publish his games with you?
    We've known about him for ages, he's done this before. Perhaps he's setup a new account/new IP.. who knows - but there must be a way to stop him from ripping off other developers hard work. This really makes me mad!

    My game Sweet Froggy was ripped off too!
    This is unacceptable, he's doing it by reverse engineering! GameSalad should put a stop to this! He can copy any game he wants as long as it's made with GS! Such a shame!

    It's not limited to just GS - you can do it with any game on the app store.

    Doesn't make him any less of a c**t though, does it?

    the problem is gs games are too easy to rip off Ill recreate a game in the next hour and show you guys a video of the game (just for showing)

    Just as an update.

    I've spoken to Apple, and with GameSalad, and the game has been removed.

    The guy is a sociopath, pure and simple. And this doesn't end here. I will be doing everything I can to make sure this doesn't happen again to ANYONE here.

    Hopefully they can stop him from publishing at both ends. They should reject his certificates.

    @Beefy: that's one scary punishment!

    I think GS should ban his account for good, and never allow him to publish games ever again. This is horrendous.

    That's good to hear because i've been approached by a couple traders and i've even spoken to people who've had their templates stolen and their considering publishing their future templates in private and not letting GS know so they're games won't get hacked/stolen.
