can i save a game when someone press home button or what happenes if you get a call?

hey guys say on my baseball game iam in the 5th inning, 4-5 runs ,1 man in 3rd base , 2 outs and 1 strike, and the person press home or gets a call, do i need to save all those attributes or there is a better way , i dont want angry people because they have to star all over or resume game is jot possible in gs?

    First, you can't take any action in gamesalad regarding to the home button, that said, if a person plays your game and press the home button the game will exit but the progress is still remain in the multitasking bar(unless he leavs under a rock and has v 3.1.3 or under)
    So if he wants he can go back to your game and continue right where he left of, same goes for incoming calls.
    However, you do need to save progress like star collected and level unlocked etc , at the end of every level.
