A actor is stock outside

I have a actor that I changed the position, now it is stock outside of the screen. Is there a way to edit it?

    Make your scene larger.
    In the scene editor go Scene - Attributes - Size and make it bigger.

    Click 'Scene' (next to Games ... top left of Actors/Attributes/Devices) ... then click 'Layers' (next to 'Attributes') then click the triangle next to a layer like 'Background' ... that will show all Actors you have placed anywhere. Double click on the actor you want to access it.
