Major glitch with application icon artwork

Every game I publish in Gamesalad with a 512X512 icon it displays as a blurry low-res icon on iPhone 4 devices. I think this is a server problem, as I am including a 512X512 icon when I upload it, and when I run it on my device after the app has been recieved the icon artwork looks terrible. Other recently published gamesalad games show this issue as well (I downloaded Penguin glide on an iPhone 4, and the icon artwork is low res).

    I think tendrmer had this same problem, i dont know if you got around it.
    I believe he said it was something to do with gamesalad on the inside.

    I've been trying to figure out a work-around but so far nothing, did he post his solution in a thread?

    I would contact GS and see if they know anything about this.

    Good idea, I'll do that. If anybody else is experiencing the problem or found a work around hopefully they'll see this thread...

    i have exact same problem. Contacted to GS Support and they said,


    We've encountered several reports of this and we are actively working on a solution.

    Thank you so much for your patience. We hope to have this fixed soon.

    Seems random to me.. cos out of the 3 icons i had on my ipod touch 2 is blurry but the last is fine.

    Well, I emailed GS and they answers right away and acknowledged that this is a known issue, and told me it should be fixed soon. So I guess it's just a matter of waiting now
