it funny to say FINALLY, cause no one is expecting my game, well
i FINALLY, finish my game, I've been working on since last september and It's called Bamboo Forest


Once upon a time somewhere in a forest, there lived a little spirit of nature, named bamboo, he is wearing a coconut, the goal is simple, pass the ball to bamboo ...

Enjoy!

Full Game features:

* Easy to learn! your finger is the joystick
* Cool sound fx graphics !
* 22 levels for the moment, but soon, hundreds !
* next month : Game Center, In-App Purchases solutions, etc…

i droped it on iTunes last night, first time, hope i'll like it , )

    it looks beautiful, one of the best i've seen on GS. i think with a few tweak it can be said to be called original as well. =) worthy of winning a app of the month if you'd ask me.

    Looks unique and beautiful. Love the little wave effects as well, are they animations, or actually moving actors?

    Very good work - I'd say it is the most polished physics puzzler I have seen made with GameSalad so far. You nailed the presentation and the controls are very very good. Impressed at how great it runs on HTML5 too. Some of our devs were convinced physics games would be too much of a strain but you proved them wrong.

    The January Game of the Month thread has been closed but I may be able to squeeze this in if you would like. It certainly has instantly gotten my vote!

    here's what i'd recommend changing,
    1 the ninja star
    2 making your (change direction) arrows different than your main navigation, you don't want users to confuse one with the other.(re-work your navigation menu items because they look funky)
    3. if i remember correctly from the html5 game play.. the "fail" sound ... is weird..
    4. subtle things like change the wave transparency a bit when they move up and down.

    few other things but small details.. but the main idea is to use elements that's uniquely yours so people don't think of it as cut the rope "sequel" or such, because games like this deserve it's own merit.

    i'v worked on a star but i wasn't please... i'll give it free tomorrow, i'll improve the game a bit latter
    with Game Center, In-App Purchases solutions, etc… and bugs , )

    No problem! I'd say keep an ear on what the rest of these guys are saying and take that forward to help make improvements as you go. I think that even though there are a few small glitches here and there (I havent played the iOS version so I cannot confirm if this is game logic, or the side effect of HTML5) I hold true to my initial reaction that this game is really good. Presentation is top notch.

    Anyhow, enough gushing. I gotta go make some games of my own. Thanks for the inspiration!

    Why isn't this game called Bamboo Beach?
    All I see is a beach, even "La plage" means "The beach"...
