Just wondering what were some of your favorite mobile games released in 2011? When it comes to playing games I'm mostly a console gamer, but I of course like mobile games too. I have a big backlog of console and mobile games so I might have missed several great titles, but here are some of my favorites I've played that were released in 2011;

Jetpack Joyride
Mr.Ninja
Scribblenauts Remix
Bumpy Road
Contre Jour
Superbrothers:Sword & Sworcery
Infinity Blade 2
His Adventure
Hard Lines
Super Bit Dash
Air Supply

@FutureNewbApps Yeah Sword & Sorcery was a pretty immersive experience. And Infinity Blade was impressive.

You also might wanna check out:
    Bruce Lee (great animation)
Space Miner (perfect implementation of currency collection and upgrades)
Geo defence (excellent tower defence game)

I think Deadspace was executed very, very well for a mobile game let alone being limited to the touch controls.
Metalstorm makes Namco's Ace Combat blush.
BackStab is a great piratey action adventure game on a pretty big and open world. A little buggy a times though.
Apache 3D Sim and C.H.A.O.S. both took flight combat simulation to a new level.
Marine Aviator FA-18 Carrier Qualification was a surprise, for it's depth not so much the execution.

    For Gamesalad games:
    I dug Cheeseman.
Penguin Pounce, mainly because you can beat some levels in more than one method thanks to the physics. The music reminds me of the snow level in Super Mario 64.
Dude man MotorX was a nice retro excite bike game.

I'm sure there is more, but I really have not been able to play much as I'm always on my iphone for studying and resources! Sad.
I'll have to check out some of the suggestions that pop up in this thread.

@HoneyTribeStudios thanks for those suggestions. I have Space Miner, but haven't played it much yet, only for like a couple minutes. I'm on of the rare gamers who doesn't like tower defense games though so I'll skip that last one.

@RP Good suggestions. I've downloaded Cheeseman lite but I haven't played it yet. Its in my huge backlog. I'll be playing it soon.

@ozboybrian yea Spin The Nut was a very good game. There were some great iOS releases from Gamesalad devs in 2011 and it seems it's going to keep getting better and better.
