  How about a play on words like Bait and fish? for the first one. The second one I would say plane craze or plane crazy. I checked plane crazy is available

  Flat hatting is when pilots fly recklessly and dangerously while showing off (typically while unauthorized). Also known as hot dogging. Came to mind seeing your pilot flying just above the city streets.
