Zombi Drop South Park - Tshirt Booth are you aware???

Hi, I've not kept up-to-date with happenings here for a while but I've just spotted this app and wanted to check Tshirt is involved with this (as its clearly Tshirts game with South Park characters!).

    Wow, that's just flat out insulting. I wonder how Apple let it get by with a South Park character in it…not to mention his blatant theft of Zombie Drop. Another classic case of bottom feeders at work.

    FFS! How many people do this? Grrr. Looks like his other game the Karl Pilkington Idiot Abroad game is from Darren's Running Wild, in fairness this could be a bought template but blatantly doesn't have permission to use the characters he is using!

    Apple is pretty negligent if they let someone post something that's obvious copyright in the first place being South Park.
    People come to GS wanting to make games and they can't even do it.

    Money Hungry and no passion. This is pathetic.

    the guys name is christopher dalby beware! ... whats weird is Pom posted on deep blue apps page (one of his table template ones) ... the other game by this game seems to rip off another one of his templates.

    Sad to see for sure, doesn't deep blue apps sell the complete game for Running Wild though? Regardless, it's obvious he cracked Zombie Drop as I have the actual template and it doesn't have the same art work as the official release by TSB.

    I think at target acquired point they ask you to remove/modify the copyright material, then if you don't they probably delete your account... i think the rest is up to the copyright person to sue... that said will this guy still get money for the apps that have already sold with this template?

    as the WebSite link names: P2 Games, LTD and link does not work
    and the Support Links to a legit Design Company's homePage (not a mail/contact site)

    and, in this I fault iTunesConnect for not protecting consumers by verifying links! (takes all of 2 seconds!)

    So Comedy Central ripped off your game, lol. thats amazing to me sue them and South park creators.

    Seen this on Yahoo a few days ago about game being ripped off.

    Unfortunately, because some sort of legal action is usually involved, names can't be given out (that's what I was told anyway).

    Very sad to see this happening. On a bright note, the same guy uploaded a 'Peppa Pig' game which has been taken down (as it infringes on copyright).

    This blatant stealing is atrocious, lazy and pathetic.

    I wonder if Comedy Central and the SouthPark creators know about this I'm sure they have the resources to bring down a world of hurt on a small time developer stealing there trademarks.

    Don't wish to rub salt into old wounds - but this is still on the app store, how can that be!?

    Someone needs to contact comedy central and get this guy into some serious !@#$% with the big boys!
