How do i keep controls on the screen while player goes up ...

Interesting question here ... I have a game that the player has to climb up different platforms so I've made the scene 1000 px in height and put the camera to follow the player ( HERO ) which worked perfectly. Now I'm planning on releasing this on both iOS and OS X. it works great on OSX because the arrow keys and keyboard buttons take care of movement, but on the iOS version i have on screen controls but when i go up the screen with the hero, once i leave the "original" scene area the on screen controls don't stay on the bottom of the screen. any suggestions ? thx in advance :D

    make a new layer, uncheck scrollable, and put all your buttons, controls and anything you want to stay on the same place on the scene while the camera moves in that layer

    WOW !! GREAT AND FAST RESPONSE !! i don't know too much about layers but now that i know what i should do I'm sure i can figure it out with logic / video tuts :) thx again !!
